The WRE125 has always been a key contender in the trail world, and recognised by the press as the perfect machine on which to begin off roading This year it has undergone a facelift and its graphic design now reflects the racing-based models with a new red and white colour scheme. The white chassis and anodised black hubs give the bike a look that is even tougher than before.
The multi prize-winning 125cc engine has been refined and brought up to date, with improvements especially in terms of pick-up and power at low to medium revs. The WRE125 comes with the ECS electronic carburetion system, an integrated system for electronic control of the fuel mix (both air/petrol and petrol/oil), developed in collaboration with Dell'Orto. The control unit also manages the ignition system. The new exhaust system and muffler are the fruit of experience gained in the world of racing bikes.
The suspension now features new Marzocchi front forks, specially developed for this model, further enhanced by the Sachs shock absorber with new calibration for the damping allowing greater flexibility and support.
